Interlibrary Loan requests for the Fall 2005 semester can be submitted Aug. 15 - Dec. 1, 2005
by staff or currently enrolled Shasta College students with no outstanding Library obligations.

ILL Request Options:

1. Call Susan Wallace at 530-225-4971 (if need be, leave a message),

2. OR send an email to swallace@shastacollege.edu,

      With the following information about YOU:
      1. Your Library Card Number;
      2. Name/Mailing address/Phone;
      3. Email address;
      4. Where you take classes (On-campus/Red Bluff Center, etc.);
      5. Are you a student? Staff?
      And information about your REQUEST:
      1. Article or book?
      2. Author name (LAST, FIRST);
      3. Title of item requested;
      4. Edition & ISBN?
      5. Date & Place of Publication?

3. OR...make an ILL request at the Reference Desk in person,

4. OR by calling Reference at 530-225-4975. Be ready to give us the information above.

PAYMENT POLICY: Every effort is made to obtain your interlibrary loan request for free.
If there is a charge, you will be contacted to verify if you want to pay a charge
for the materials; they will not be ordered unless you agree to pay the fee.
