How To Attach A File
To An Electronic Mail Message
Eudora Web-Mail
-
Point your web browser to:
http://www.eudoramail.com/
and log in to your account.
-
Click the "Write Messages" link.
-
Compose your message.
-
Insert the diskette containing your
file in to the floppy drive of the computer.
-
Click the button marked "Attach file."
-
When the "Attach A File To This E-Mail
Message" screen appears, click the "Browse" button.
-
The "File Upload" box will appear. Click
the down arrow near the top of the "File Upload" box and choose 3½
Floppy (A:) from the menu.
-
Locate your file on the diskette and
double-click it. If you don't see your file, click the down arrow at the
bottom of the "File Upload" box and choose "All Files."

Your file should now be listed in the
"File to attach" box. Click the nearby "Attach" button.
-
You should now see your file listed
adjacent to the "Attach file" button located just above the text of your
message.
-
Click the "Send" button to send your
message and attachment.
-
When you are finished accessing your
email account, close the browser.
MSN Hotmail
-
Point your web browser to:
http://www.hotmail.com/
and sign in to your account.
-
Click "Compose."
-
Compose your message.
-
Insert the diskette containing your
file in to the floppy drive of the computer.
-
Click the "Attachments" button.
-
Click the "Browse" button.
-
The "File Upload" box will appear. Click
the down arrow near the top of the "File Upload" box and choose 3½
Floppy (A:) from the menu.

Locate your file on the diskette and
double-click it. If you don't see your file, click the down arrow at the
bottom of the "File Upload" box and choose "All Files."

You should now see your file listed
adjacent to the "Browse" button. Click the "Attach to Message" button.
-
Your file name should disappear from
the window next to the "Browse" button. Now click the "Done" button.
-
You should now see your file listed
next to "Attachments," just above the text of your message.
-
Click the "Send" button to send your
message and attachment.
-
When you are finished accessing your
account, close the browser.
Netscape WebMail
-
Point your web browser to:
http://webmail.netscape.com/tpl/Door/Login?
and log in to your account.
-
Click the "Write Mail" link in the left
frame.
-
Compose your message in the "Write Mail"
pop-up window.
-
Insert the diskette containing your
file in to the floppy drive of the computer.
-
Scroll down and click the "Add/Remove"
button underneath "Attachments."
-
An "Attachments" window will pop-up.
Click the "Browse" button in this window.
-
The "File Upload" box will appear. Click
the down arrow near the top of the "File Upload" box and choose 3½
Floppy (A:) from the menu.
-
Locate your file on the diskette and
double-click it. If you don't see your file, click the down arrow at the
bottom of the "File Upload" box and choose "All Files."

You should now see your file listed
adjacent to the "Browse" button. Click the "Add" button and your file will
appear in the adjacent window.
-
Click the "OK" button.
-
You should now see your file listed
next to "Attachments," below the text of your message.
-
Click the "Send" button to send your
message and attachment.
-
When you are finished using your email
account, close the browser.
Yahoo! Mail
-
Point your web browser to:
http://mail.yahoo.com/
and sign-in to your account.
-
Click the "Compose" link in the left
frame.
-
Compose your message.
-
Insert the diskette containing your
file in to the floppy drive of the computer.
-
Scroll down and click on the button
marked "Edit Attachments." A small window will pop-up.
-
In the small window, click the "Browse"
button. This will open a "File Upload" box.
-
In the "File Upload" box, click the
down arrow near the top and choose 3½ Floppy (A:) from the menu.
-
Locate your file on the diskette and
double-click it. If you don't see your file, click the down arrow at the
bottom of the "File Upload" box and choose "All Files."

Click the "Attach File" button in the
small window.
-
Click the "Done" button in the small
window. The small window will now disappear and you will notice your file
listed in the box adjacent to the "Edit Attachments" button.
-
Click the "Send" button to send your
message and attachment.
-
When you are finished using your account,
close the browser.
