Online (Internet) Students Only

You must be currently enrolled ONLY in Internet Classes at Shasta College.

If you are taking classes on campus, please visit the Library and apply in person.
If you are taking classes at an Extended Ed. site, you may fill out an application at the Burney, Red Bluff, or Weaverville site. Or, click on the Library card application for EXTENDED ED only students link and complete the application.
If you already had a Library card and are requesting a replacement, there is a $2.00 fee.

You will need to visit the Library on campus or one of the Extended Ed sites to pay the $2.00 before a new card can be issued.
You may also mail $2.00 along with your completed application to:

Once the completed form is submitted, we will email your Library card ID number (the 14-digit number on the back of your Library card) within 1-3 working days to provide access to the Library Databases. Your Library card will then be mailed to the address given on the application. Sorry, incomplete forms cannot be processed.
