You must be
currently enrolled ONLY
in Internet Classes at Shasta College.
- If you are
taking classes on
campus, please visit the Library and apply in person.
- If you are
taking classes at
an Extended Ed. site, you may fill out an application at the Burney,
Red
Bluff, or Weaverville site. Or, click on the Library
card application for EXTENDED ED only students link and complete
the
application.
- If you
already
had a Library
card and are requesting a replacement, there is a $2.00 fee.
- You will
need
to visit the Library
on campus or one of the Extended Ed sites to pay the $2.00 before a new
card can be issued.
- You may
also
mail $2.00 along
with your completed application to:
