Extended Ed Students Only

You must be currently attending classes at one of the Extended Ed sites.
This application is for Extended Ed students, staff, and faculty ONLY. Students must be enrolled in a class at one of the satellite campuses of Shasta College, e.g., Alturas, Anderson, Burney, Cedarville, Corning, Fall River, Gerber, Hoopa, Los Molinos, McArthur, Red Bluff, Round Mountain, Shingletown, Siskiyou County (Non-District) or Weaverville. 
  • If you are taking classes on campus, please visit the Library and apply in person.
  • If you are taking classes Online ONLY, please click on the Library card application for INTERNET only students link and complete the application.
  • If you already have a Library card and are requesting a replacement, there is a $2.00 fee.
    • You will need to visit the Library on campus or one of the Extended Ed sites to pay the $2.00 before a new card can be issued.
    • You may also mail $2.00 along with your completed application to:

I agree to be responsible for returning materials within the loan period granted, and I am liable for the cost of replacing lost or damaged materials charged out to my account and for any collection fees incurred by the College during collection procedures.

Once the completed form is submitted, we will email your Library card ID number (the 14-digit number on the back of your Library card) within 1-3 working days to provide access to the Library Databases. Your Library card will be sent to your site: Burney, Red Bluff, or Weaverville and may be picked up in the center/site office. Students attending classes in Alturas, Anderson, Cedarville, Corning, Fall River, Gerber, Hoopa, Los Molinos, McArthur, Round Mountain, Shingletown, or Siskiyou County (Non-District) will receive their cards in the mail.
